Maintenance is an investment, not a cost

A system that is serviced regularly consumes less, breaks down less and lasts longer. We offer planned maintenance contracts for building services and properties, calibrated to how critical the activity housed in the building is.

What a contract covers

Preventive maintenance. A schedule of visits with checklists by system type, replacement of wearing parts, calibration and cleaning.

Corrective maintenance. Call-out work with acknowledgement and restoration times set in the contract and graded by severity.

Statutory obligations. Management of mandatory periodic inspections and retention of the documentation, from the system logbook to inspection reports.

History. Every intervention is logged: after the first year the log becomes the tool for deciding whether it is still worth repairing or time to replace.

We take on maintenance of buildings and systems installed by others, following an initial survey to establish their current condition.
