A new company, an old trade
Bala Group was founded in Genoa to do one thing well: take full responsibility for a project, from the foundations to the building services.
The starting point
Fragmentation is the real hidden cost of a construction site. Every handover between different firms is a chance to lose time, information and accountability.
Bala Group was founded on the opposite choice: keeping construction works and building services under the same contract and the same project manager. The client has one number to call, and that number answers for everything — masonry, electrical, mechanical, finishes, commissioning.
We are a compact organisation and we make no apology for it. Five direct employees and a network of selected specialist firms, coordinated by us. We grow on the contracts we win rather than ahead of them, which is why we decline work we could not supervise properly.
We work primarily across Genoa and Liguria, where proximity to the site makes a measurable difference to response times, and we are available to tender for public contracts nationwide, including as part of a temporary consortium of firms.
How we work
Four non-negotiable principles
Single accountability
Whoever signs the contract answers for the whole works. Coordinating firms and suppliers is an internal cost of ours, not the client’s problem.
Clarity before signing
Quantities, unit prices, exclusions and deadlines are written into the quotation. Whatever is not included is said upfront, not invoiced later.
Safety as method
Training before anyone sets foot on site, temporary works checked daily, interfaces between firms planned in advance.
Durability first
Work that has to be redone in five years has cost twice as much. We choose solutions that hold up, even when they are not the quickest.

The deed of incorporation of Bala Group S.r.l. is signed, with a fully paid-up share capital of €10,000 and a board of five directors.

Registration and start of trading
The company is entered in the ordinary section of the Genoa Companies Register (REA GE - 532542) and formally begins trading.
