1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Through this website we process only:

• Data you provide by filling in the contact form (full name, company or building management where applicable, email, phone, service of interest, location of the property, message), the application form (full name, email, phone, position of interest, your introduction and, optionally, a CV in PDF format) or the newsletter form (email address).
• Technical browsing data automatically recorded in the hosting provider's server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type. These are necessary for the operation and security of the service.

We do not use profiling tools and we do not buy contact lists from third parties.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Answering enquiries and preparing quotations — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Assessing job applications — legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for retention beyond the individual selection process, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Sending the newsletter — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Ensuring the security and operation of the site — legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in protecting its infrastructure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations in accounting, tax and workplace safety matters — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries with no contractual follow-up: 24 months from the last exchange.
• Job applications: 12 months from receipt, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Data relating to contractual relationships: 10 years from the end of the relationship, for civil and tax law obligations.
• Server logs: according to the hosting provider's technical retention periods, in any case no longer than 12 months.

5. Who it may be disclosed to

Data may be processed on our behalf, under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, by:

• the website's hosting and email provider;
• accounting, tax and legal advisers;
• firms and professionals involved in carrying out the works, limited to what is necessary.

Data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes. No transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is envisaged; should it become necessary, it will be carried out in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.

6. Your rights

At any time you may exercise the rights under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise them, write toinfo@balagroup.it. We reply within one month of receiving the request.

If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

7. Whether providing data is mandatory

Providing the data marked as required in the forms is necessary for us to act on your request: without it we cannot reply. Providing any other data is optional and only serves to make our answer more precise.

8. Cookies

The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in thecookie policy.

9. Changes

This notice may be updated to reflect regulatory or organisational changes. The version published on this page is always the one in force; the date of the last update is shown above.
