Construction and building services share the same contract: you learn faster and work in fewer silos.

Italian construction sector collective agreement, hours declared and paid, social security contributions in order and verifiable.
A short chain of command
Five people and a hands-on board: the person who decides is the person you talk to on site.

Who we are looking for

Site manager
Day-to-day running of the site: managing crews, tracking progress, liaising with the works supervisor and overseeing safety.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in the role, in civil or industrial construction
- Able to read detailed drawings and bills of quantities
- Current safety training under Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008
- Category B driving licence
Electrical installer
Installation and maintenance of domestic and industrial electrical systems, distribution boards, lighting and specialist systems.
Requirements
- Vocational qualification or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with CEI standards and Ministerial Decree 37/2008
- Able to work independently on smaller sites
- Experience with photovoltaic systems an advantage
Skilled bricklayer
Masonry, plastering, structural repairs and finishes on refurbishment and new-build projects.
Requirements
- Documented site experience
- Able to work independently on traditional trades and repairs
- Valid safety training
