Building and rebuilding

We put up new buildings and work on existing ones with the same care: reinforced concrete and steel structures, masonry, roofing, waterproofing, floors and finishes. Every phase is planned to keep dead time between trades to a minimum.

Renewing what already exists

Italy’s building stock is ageing faster than it is being replaced. Refurbishment, renewal and restoration are our main ground: structural strengthening, replacement of envelope and roofing, upgrading of building services and reworking of internal spaces — often in partly occupied buildings, which means sites organised in phases.

Demolition and rebuilding

We carry out selective demolition, separating materials on site and sending recyclable fractions for recovery. This is required both by construction waste regulations and by the simple need to keep disposal costs down.

Finishes matter

The perceived quality of a project is decided in the last ten centimetres: alignments, joints, junctions between materials, decoration. It is the phase where we keep the crew most stable and the checks most frequent.
