Integrated building services
Building services determine comfort, running costs and continuity of use. We design and install them integrated with the construction works from the site planning stage, so that routes, risers and service voids are designed in rather than carved out afterwards.
The disciplines
Electrical and electronic. Distribution boards, power distribution, internal and external lighting, street lighting, structured cabling and data transmission.
Specialist systems. Automation and home automation, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, fire detection and suppression.
Mechanical. Plumbing and sanitary systems, drainage, gas installations, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and air handling.
Inspection, commissioning and operation
Installation is only the start of the life cycle. We carry out alterations, extensions, repairs, periodic inspections and commissioning, issuing the required documentation and taking over the running of the system when the client asks us to.
