With a deed of incorporation dated 15 July 2026, Bala Group S.r.l. is founded — an Italian limited liability company with its registered office in Genoa, at Via Val d’Astico 59/3.
The company is incorporated with a share capital of €10,000, fully paid up, and adopts a collective management structure with a board of five directors.
The idea behind it
Bala Group was founded to operate as a general contractor: to take on overall responsibility for projects that combine construction works and building services, sparing the client both fragmented contracts and the job of coordinating several firms.
The company’s stated object covers the whole chain: construction, refurbishment, restoration, maintenance and demolition of residential, industrial and commercial buildings; public and private works; installation and maintenance of building services of every kind; energy efficiency measures and systems generating energy from renewable sources.
